Leopard on fallen tree, Kenya

Leopard Habitat, wildlife birding photography, Nidhin, Nidhin Photography

Seating our eyes on high hopes and tall trees to spot and capture one of those beautiful leopard cats, we waited for a significant time which could have very well made us the day’s prey for one of them from behind. Our knowledge that leopards are adept climbers and would most often be seated on trees comfortably strengthened our optimism like their roots. We did witness one the previous day but he was too fast chasing wild boars for the camera to accommodate his charm in a single click. Conditions were slowly getting unfavorable for a photographic operation during the low lighted late evening but as an unexpected clinical miracle, came this thousand eye spotted leopard down from a tree on to another fallen one and made the operation a success with a 20 seconds lasted pose in a drizzling backdrop.
